I would double-check your notification settings in <I>Dashboard &gt; Account &amp; Settings &gt; Click Business information &gt; </I><A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/business/email-notifications" target="_blank"><I>Email notifications</I></A>. If those are enabled certainly make sure your <A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/3843-email-notifications-from-square" target="_blank">email provider did not block us</A>. Also, <A href="https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Troubleshooting/Not-Receiving-Email-notifications/td-p/70884" target="_blank">add us to your email contact list again.</A> If you are still having any issues let's reach out to Customer Support so they can look into your account and escalate this if needed.
