    <description>&lt;P&gt;We just noticed a week ago, that our Chip Reader will not hold a charge. I sent notification to Square today. We have hardly used it, as not all of our customers have the chip cards yet and this has been our quiet season until last month. We still don't use the reader more than 2 or 3 times per week. Last week I noticed the red light and immediately plugged it in. It stayed plugged in until all 4 lights were green. We used it once and put it in the box to store it. This morning when I went back to use it, once again the red light was lit. Does it need charging daily, like a cell phone? Who knows....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have only had two swipers quit working on me. &amp;nbsp;and that could just be due to use and abuse of traveling to markets and bouncing around. &amp;nbsp;We've done 28,000+ transactions thru square with Chp cards, swiper squares, and square stands.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
