BOGO discounts are currently not available online (only in-person at point of sale). This is a feature request that has been discussed <A href="https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Square-Online-Feature-Requests/Feature-Request-BOGO-Buy-one-get-one-and-other-automatic/idc-p/140675#M1644" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><STRONG>here</STRONG></A>. One option as a work-around would be to include a note in your website header, or a popup message, or communicate through an email to your customers about your BOGO offer. You'd then manually have to include the additional free item in your customer's shipments and mark your inventory accordingly. I know this isn't ideal, but maybe this can be a way to creatively engage with your online shoppers?
