    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is happening way too often for my online store. People are having trouble with their cards being processed and I need to help run their order over the phone. Obviously not a sustainable model. This needs to be fixed asap. How is it that a credit card processing company has so many issues with processing credit cards? This has been going on for months. Need it fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="http://cs636019.vk.me/v636019610/11d3d/H3k4aRTj0As.jpg" border="0" alt="Screenshot" width="604" height="98" /&gt;Hey folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I created an online store and asked a friend of mine to make the first purchase. Which, unfortunately, didn't go through for the reason shown in the screenshot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know why did that happen &amp;amp; how to solve it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Found the answer on this particular issue, &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/28420"&gt;@safari&lt;/a&gt; and &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/17302"&gt;@alionapigeon&lt;/a&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We don't currently support selling $0 items on the online store, so if your customer has one in their basket they will receive this error at checkout. Ideally, we would have a blocker in place to prevent listing them, rather than your customer running into it, so I see how this is a pretty bad&amp;nbsp;experience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Don't have an ETA as to when we'll update how it functions&amp;nbsp;- the Online Store team is aware of it - but in the meantime the workaround would be to list the item at $0.01.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Again, not ideal, but this&amp;nbsp;will at least prevent the checkout error on the customer side.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a customer also getting that message (all day today) when she tries to complete an order. There is nothing $0 in her order so the answer Spencer wrote does not pertain. Please help! Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a common problem, and when it occurs it is a black box. Vendors do not have the tools to deal with it (and probably are not pro-actively alerted when their customers purchases fail). &amp;nbsp;As a customer (user) I just hear "Oh, are you using Chrome, Chrome has issues" and "Try deleting your cookies.".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
