I am losing customers left and right because they cannot access my store!! it either gives them a error reading or completely freezes on them. So done.

Sorry to hear that, @lauriesterner!

I don't see any wider issues happening with our Online Stores, so everything seems to up and running on our side. Is it happening when your view the store as well?

It may be a browser issue for your customers; check out our help center article for when this is the case.
