new to square trying to set up my menu how do I customize my items so you can add or delete topping

is there an instruction manual on how to set up your square account? I own a restaurant and I'm trying to enter my items that customers can order off my menu but need to modify or give choice such as if someone wants a deluxe burger but wants no pickles. How do i enter so my cook will know how to prepare without typing all the variatios during each order?

Welcome to Square! I know how it can be a little daunting to get everything set up in the beginning.

While we don't have an instruction manual per-se, we do have a ton of Support Center topics that cover pretty much each of our features. For more information on how to use item modifiers, I'd suggest checking out this article.
