Multiple devices sharing the same inventory, but sending to different printers.

We're moving to a new location that has 3 floors.

1st floor will be bar / kitchen / seating

2nd floor will be bar and seating

3rd floor will be seating.

There will be:

1st floor : KDS, Bar POS, Server POS

2nd floor: Bar POS, Server POS

3rd Floor: Server POS

Is there a way to share the inventory of all these devices under one account, as well as make different devices print orders to different locations?

For example, The 2nd floor server POS needs drinks printed at the 2nd floor bar, and food printed to the KDS. But, the 1st floor Server POS needs the same items printed on the first floor bar and to the Kitchen KDS.

I thought I could do it with multiple locations (ie 1st floor as a location), but then the inventory is not shared.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Yes, this setup sounds possible, but you'll need to make sure that all devices are signed into a single location. Depending on the type of hardware you're using, you might consider using a different router for each floor or categorizing items by the printer they should go to.
