&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- What type of phone are you using?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- What software version is your phone running?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- Are there any updates for the Square Register app?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- What reader are you using?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- How do you get the volume to turn back on?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- Are you using a case on your phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- When you say that it happens when you visit the Square Dashboard, are you talking about the site or the app?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time I use the reader or even simply visit the square dash board my phone gets stuck on mute. It tells me I have headphones plugged in and will not let me turn the volume up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
