Having trouble downloading CSV template

I went to download the csv template to redo my storefront due to a lot of items having different price points. The temeplate will not download no matter what item I select before hand to get to the upload/download template popup. I have seen on another thread that said the problem was fixed but I am still not able to download it.

I'd recommend giving these dashboard troubleshooting tips a run-through. If, after giving those a try, you're still having trouble, please let our Support team know. They'll be be able to have a closer look at your account and get this sorted out.
