Star Printer Connection?

We have the Square app on an iPad Pro along with the Star Micronics TSP100IIIWLAN printer (wireless LAN). I have been able to get the iPad to talk to the printer through the TSP100III utility app. However, I cannot get the Square app to even recognize the printer let alone talk to it. Suggestions? Any help would be appreciated!

I too am having same problem with Tab4 and hotspot setup, have not been able to get eather Square or Star to tell us how to fix.Have been at this from May this year.

Troubleshooting 3rd party hardware can be a bit tricky without knowing your exact setup.

This Support Center Article covers the most common reasons that sellers would run into connectivity issues with the compatible receipt printers, however it might be worth a call to our Support Team to walk through setup with you.

I don't see this printer on the Square supported hardware page and do not believe it is compatiable. I know the TSP143IIILAN is compatiable as I have 3 working.
