&lt;P&gt;At this time, there isn't a way to display how many appointments are available on a given day. You can however daily reservation limits&amp;nbsp;to avoid overbooking. Here's how:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1. Head to &lt;STRONG&gt;Appointments &lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/appointments/business/settings" target="_blank"&gt;Calendar &amp;amp; Booking&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;2. Turn on the toggle next to "Daily Appointment Limit"&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Another&amp;nbsp;workaround&amp;nbsp;you could consider is&amp;nbsp;setting up your&amp;nbsp;Square Appointments settings so that you have to approve, or decline each appointment as it comes in. &lt;P&gt;While you can't create a service that would count as two appointments, you could consider creating a variation on your services, so customers can select from a few different choices. To add a variation:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1. In your Square Online Dashboard head to &lt;STRONG&gt;Items&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/items/services" target="_blank"&gt;Service Library&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;2. Select a Service &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Add Variation&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;3. Adjust the price, name, and duration. Click &lt;STRONG&gt;Save&lt;/STRONG&gt; once you're done &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Displaying How Many Available Appointments</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are scheduling animal surgery appointments. We are allowing 3 appointments per day. Some people have 2 animals that need scheduling on the same day. Is there a way to show how many appointments are available each day? Or create a service that will count as 2 of the 3 available appointments? That way they won't schedule an appointment if there isn't another one available on the same day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
