What is a card not present transaction? Also how can I make it so that they are no longer allowed.

A card not present transaction is any transaction where you manually key in the card number, expiration date, and CVV code. To avoid them, I'd suggest always using the chip OR swiping the card.

Hey NailssbyKB,

Not sure you eliminate that option - it's actually quite useful especially if you receive a phone or email order outside of your regular in person purchase - this has been very beneficial with some of our orders and provides another option not to miss a sale. For example, we sometimes do commissions where as the customer who is out of state will place a deposit to start the project, once complete, the balance is paid - all done via phone and/or email. Note, the transaction processing fee is more than the standard swipe, tap or chip but, it's well worth it - from our perspective, a sale is a sale regardless of the transaction method. Just our thoughts from experience - every business is different.

I have the blue tooth card reader. I nned to bill a customer, have all visa informatin. How do I do this?
