      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered our Square reader online and received an email on 8/19/2016 saying that it will be here within 7 days and we still have not received it. How do I go about checking on the status?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;and the shipping indicates it will arrive Friday, september 9th,&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No! This does not HELP! It says it shipped on Aug 15. I already stated that I received an email saying that it shipped. It has not arrived! How do we check the tracking? If I go purchase one in the store, how will I get reimbursed, since your records say one was already shipped?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

At this point, the fastest way to get a reader would probably be&amp;nbsp;to go to a retail store.&amp;nbsp;When you buy a reader, it'll come with a redemption code. You can enter the code &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/redeem" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to get reimbursed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the info, although 3+ years old, it seems like you guys have consistent issues with readers arriving at their location. &amp;nbsp;I ordered mine on APR 20, 2019...was supposed to arrive April 27 and still not here on May 1. &amp;nbsp;Tracking is useless because it's been in the same status since april 26th as "In Transit". &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Looks like i will have to go buy one again and follow your instructions. &amp;nbsp;Seems like you are using DHL and they cannot seem to get it together. &amp;nbsp;Maybe use a different shipper?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
