&lt;P&gt;You can reset your passcode at anytime! Start by logging into your Square Dashboard and clicking on your &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/employees/permissions/employees" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Team tab&lt;/A&gt;, and selecting the employee that needs the new code (in this case, select your name). Next to Permissions, select &lt;STRONG&gt;Edit and then Generate&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;next to your Point of Sale&amp;nbsp;passcode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can also choose to type in your own passcode if you would prefer a custom one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From there you will be good to go!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've merged your post to this thread to point out&amp;nbsp;Kelly's &lt;STRONG&gt;best answer&lt;/STRONG&gt;, as it&amp;nbsp;explains&amp;nbsp;how to assign your employee a pass-code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

That was the first thing I tried to do. I don't know if it is because I am have payroll so the passcode has been moved to the payroll tab but I can not give someone a passcode to someone unless they are on payroll.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey! Thanks for asking. If you want to track employee sales, you will need to subscribe, but if you only want to have team permissions, then you do not need to subscribe/pay for the service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You will need to edit your team member's permissions and passcodes on the Square Dashboard under &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/team/team-members" target="_blank"&gt;Team&lt;/A&gt;. Select the team member you are editing, then scroll down to see "Permissions" and select "Edit." Make sure they have the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Shared Point of Sale permission set added otherwise you will not be prompted&amp;nbsp;to add a passcode.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
