Unable to add a particular item to an invoice (Shipping charges)

Hello - Upon attempting to create an invoice just now, I was able to add several items (taxable) to the invoice. I then tried to add shipping items (non-tax) and I do not get a prompt to select a SKU / price point for my shipping, nor can I adjust the Qty/Price. It's like it's not recognized. I've tried resetting a bunch of things related to those items, or to see whether there was something configured differently. The only difference is that Shipping is non-taxable.

Help!!!!

Hey @lularoeegriffin, it sounds like you may have experienced a brief issue that prevented item prices from showing up while creating invoices. Our Engineering Team was able to quickly resolve this so you should be good to go now.
