Would mind trying another import with a new template to see if things are fixed? If not, I'd love to get a copy of your .CSV and try things out on my side. It's possible it may just be an issue with your internet browser. Also, what spreadsheet application were you using to edit the .CSV? Thanks for your help with this!

Trying to upload info entered on import file template but error telling me I have duplictae columns headers. Nothing has been altered. A grayed out column (Price Format) on attributes example shown on page is not on downloaded template. The grayed out area supposedly on my document shows 10.00. I have tried adding the 'Price Format" column, changing the "Price" column format, which is on template, to a number format with decimals and removing prices listed under the "Prices" column with no luck. Cannot proceed. Any suggestions?

Guess there's a few bugs being worked out on the current upload template. Talked to Support Services and have now manually entered items.
