It seem like there might be something going on with the iPad itself. Have you already had a chance to check for any software updates (app and iPad software)? Have you had a chance to reach out to Apple Support yet? You may need to do a software restore.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I-pad mini 3 and wireless chip reader are fully charged and updated with the most current systems and apps.&amp;nbsp; We lose the internet and bluetooth connection when not used for (just) a few minutes.&amp;nbsp; Then must go to settings to restart both the internet and bluetooth.&amp;nbsp; Very frustrating when a customer is waiting to "pay" and must wait for the system to work again.&amp;nbsp; We don't have this problem when just swiping without the chip reader connected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
