No option to "connect a reader"

The app isn't giving me an option to connect the contactless card reader to my Nexus 10 tablet. I've gone through the troubleshooting. My app is up to date. The tablet meets the minimum Android version. I tried force closing. I tried reinstalling. The reader is charged and works fine on my cellphone. Any ideas?

Hi @bungletrpg, sorry to hear about the trouble.

The Nexus 10 isn't currently listed among our supported devices, so we cannot guarantee compatibility, unfortunately.

That being said, give us a call when you can and a team member would be happy to take a look at what else we can try. Thank you!
