As &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/39108"&gt;@Blvdrent&lt;/a&gt; suggested, it sounds like something is preventing the reader from plugging in all the way. When you plug it in, there should be a small click and it will be quite snug. Let us know!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't know if this is the answer, but I had the same issue with my iPhone. There was pocket lint stuck in the jack. I took a pin and cleaned it out and it worked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem.&amp;nbsp; My husband suggested using canned air instead of sticking a pin in the phone.&amp;nbsp; The air worked perfectly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
