Why do Aetna Payflex credit cards always get denied?

I have been trying to charge Aetna Payflex Mastercard and I always get a denied message requesting to use a different credit card. Patient have been using this same credit card in other medical offices and she never have problems.

You have to have chosen the right category when signing up for square for these cards to work. you may have to contact them to have your MCC (Merchant category code) changed. https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact

I can use square to charge medical payments or copayments from visa's flexible spending accounts. How do I do this
