Asus MeMO pad 8 not supported?

I thought Asus MeMO pad 8 me181c was supported. Running android 4.4 but can't download app from app store....device not supported by this version. Is there an earlier version?

Sorry to hear about the trouble, @ttc. It doesn't look like we have the data to say whether that model is supported, so I can't say for sure. You can also check out our compatibility list here.

If you're unable to install the current version of the app I'm afraid there isn't a workaround however; the previous versions can't be installed instead. Apologies for the experience, let us know if you have any other questions.

then you should remove it from your list of supported devices. i purchased it based on YOUR list!

Can you provide the article or page that you're seeing the Asus MeMO pad 8 listed as compatible and supported?

@ttc This seems strange. Can you provide a screenshot of the error you receive when you try to download the app?
