Why is there never any instructions

Ok, is there more instructions out there and I missed them?

an instruction manual or some more videos would be a great help, you seem to have to learn everything for yourself.

is there a online manual?

I went to check on this, and we do not have any tutorial videos for Square for Retail at this time. For now, we do have a guide in our Support Center that covers day-to-day operations: Running Your Business with the Square Retail POS App.
