cvs file for inventory management does not show all articles from my database

I'm having trouble with management of inventory. When I download the cvs file for adding existencies the file just have 47 out of the 120 articles that actually has the database.

please help me to find out what is happenning.

Hi there,

I looked into this for you and the Inventory CSV seems to reflect the same number of items as your Item Library shows.

Was this not happening for you? If not, what was it that you were seeing?

Hello EJ,

Thanks for your response. I just checked again the situation and it is as I described.
Every time I export the CSV file, there are just 78 out of 199 articles that are already in the data base.

If you have any idea of how can fix it, I really will apreciate it.

@rocoso37 Which CSV file were you trying to download?

We might need for you to contact our Support Team so they can walk through this with you and try to duplicate what you're running into.
