Once my Square purchases are automatically imported into QB become unlinked from payment once edited in QB. Does anyone have suggestions?

I'm afraid I can't offer too much troubleshooting on the Quickbooks side of things, though I can help get you contact with their team, if you haven't been already.

For help with QuickBooks Desktop (QuickBooks Pro, Premier, Enterprise and Sync Manager), you can contact QuickBooks directly by calling 1-800-450-8475.

For QuickBooks Online specific questions, you’ll need to contact them at 1-800-871-3334.

Sales Tax mismatch wtih QB sales tax calculations

In about 90% of our transactions, the sales tax calculated by Square does not match the sales tax calculated in QB when I book the sale. The difference is always $.01. The sales tax rate is the same amount in both applications. Does anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve?
