I need help accessing the Square screen that allows my to make a new sale. It worked last year but now I I downloaded the new "Point of Sale" app and the "Retail" app and the POS app just keeps trying to load but never completes. HELP

Hey @Curleyq2, I'd be happy to help out!

For transactions I recomend using Square Point of Sale. If you encounter an issue where the App is continuously loading I recomend these steps:

Testing the internet connection.
Make sure the App and your operating system are up to date.
Try force quitting the App.
Restart your device.

These steps will usually get your App up and running. Please let me know if you're still experiencing this issue! 😀
