Hello, square keeps saying my ohio withholding tax number is being rejected by the state.

Hello, square keeps saying my ohio withholding tax number is being rejected by the state. We called the state and they said our number is correct that square isn't working properly? Anyone have an issue like this before? It won't send my tax payments 😞 Kat
