    <description>&lt;P&gt;We desperately need the ability to ad variations to SERVICES&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I own a car detail shop and it’s absolutely maddening that I cannot utilize the variations like I could if my services were items. The work around is to have a menu with 1000 options that would be impossible to read&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to be able to do the following&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;customer books a “gold detail” click to next page, now they can ad other services like, pet hair removal, odor removal, choose a special scent, engine bay cleaning etc etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This would mean more money for all of us! And a way better customer experience!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it’s killing my staff because right&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now because the customers book themselves for a detail package for let’s say 4 hours, but when they get there we end up adding 2 more hours worth of upgrades! So now my staff is constantly way over worked and I’m paying Aton of overtime hours. Each week because we can’t book everything the car needs at the customer is making the appointment&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have been forced to try and call all of the customers ahead of time to go over their appointment and the feedback is it’s a call to get an upsell.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;overall not being able to have variations on services causes my business and many others that book similarly to mine like hair salons and barber shops many&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many issues. This is a known and well voiced complaint on this site, I have never heard a reasonable reason why this has not been made available to us. We’ve been told for years by the square folks on this site that they would kick it up the ladder but haven’t seen any changes yet. I’ve yet to find another booking site and merchant combo but if their was one I would already be gone over this issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and the fact that square rolls over and gives my money away on every single charge back. I’ve had live video footage of a customer paying me at my shop, full face on camera with their license plate etc and if they say it wasn’t them square gets back to me and says hey sorry, we sided with the card holder&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve lost thousands of dollars in bogus charge backs because square doesn’t even attempt to defend me. seems very silly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Solving these two issues alone would probably generate $30k more a year for square from just my businesses&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please please please give us variations on services!!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'd love to see an option where services performed at the client's locations was unavailable for a day and only remote services were available. We would like an easy way to calculate how much to pay our Service Providers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To do this, we need a report that provides:&lt;BR /&gt;1. Created Date&lt;BR /&gt;2. Appointment Length&lt;BR /&gt;3. Client Name&lt;BR /&gt;4. Staff&lt;BR /&gt;5. Paid/Unpaid&lt;BR /&gt;6. Amount Paid for Service&lt;BR /&gt;7. Tip Amount Given&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently Items 1-4 are available under Appointments-&amp;gt; Settings -&amp;gt; History, Items 5-7 are not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Transactions-&amp;gt; filter by Service Provider shows when a payment was made. Does not show appointment date/time and unpaid appointments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using the Appointments mobile app. Calendar View: List, Employees: select Service Provider. Shows a nice list of appointments, date/time, appointment length. Does not show paid/unpaid, amount paid for service, tip amount given. Have to click on each individual appointment to get that information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a way that we could add a secondary appointment booking option without having to pay an additional "employee" charge? For example, I'd like to have new clients only book on a certain day. As of right now, I don't see a way to do that without adding an additional employee. I'm in a studio, so it's just me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, what's the status on a waitlist/cancellation list feature?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lastly, is there a way clients can purchase packages and then the software automatically updates how many they have left? For example, if I have a client that would like to purchase a package of 5 blowdrys, is there a way for them to pre-pay and then see how many they have remaining after each one they've used?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I totally agree with the multiple appointments issue.&amp;nbsp; We allow customers a discount if they book multiple massages over a period of time.&amp;nbsp; I was considering stopping this because the additional tracking of what appointments were used and how many is left makes it "just not worth it".&amp;nbsp; J Poynter's idea would be fantastic.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;-Am I able to block customers from booking with us? I believe that this was an option when I first signed up, but I cannot find that option anywhere now. I have one relentless and inappropriate customer that makes my team uncomfortable. There are also customers who will use fake credit cards to book, then repeat no show causing us to lost money and new potential customers. I believe that we should have the power to protect ourselves and my business from harassment and theft.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Can I center the text on the covid-19 message at the top of our booking site?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would love the following changes:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) When checking out group appointments&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Better separation of service sales and retail sales with reports&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Tip option on service sales only&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) Turn off online booking for certain clients&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5) Create an email that sends to new clients when they book an appointment under marketing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;6) Make an option to require card on file for new clients only&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
