      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Square Online Team!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Things I would like to see is:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- the option to add our own payment option the way Shopify does. Most of my customers prefer to pay e-transfer and do not have credit cards. Because of this I'm having to enter their orders myself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;- The ability to hide variations of products online.&lt;BR /&gt;- Automatic Discounts to apply to purchases online the way they do to square retail. I don't want customers to have to enter codes for bundle discounts that are automatic if I enter manually.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;- Is square loyalty synced? I never noticed since I have to enter most orders myself.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Square Online Team!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's a task that takes far too long when it really doesn't need to (you're probably all fed up with me saying this but here goes &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:"&gt;🤣&lt;/span&gt;).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;PLEASE&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Make make digital products auto-send! I don't want my customers to have to wait to receive a product that could be sent to them immediately with PHPsendmail or whatever square use, so please, please, make these send automatically!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I'd really like to see new shipping options, like the ones Printful use that prices shipping by product quantity, they then charge the highest cost as the main shipping cost and then other items at a separate lower fee for being the second item going to one place, this is a tool I need when my products are coming from different locations to the customer in one order as well as the fact that I have to ship all my products differently so no one cost fits them all and I don't want to have to overcharge on shipping just incase someone orders a more expensive product, I currently have two shipping setups using weight, but it's too inefficient.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you could consider these points and you also see the urgency for such things being included in Square Online!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For more information on how I want shipping costs to work, please view this link and scroll to step 2 which explains shipping calculation in simple yet thorough steps:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.printful.com/shipping" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.printful.com/shipping&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The ability to IFTT modifier settings for scripted ordering experience.&amp;nbsp; So&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;If&lt;/STRONG&gt; the customer orders a &lt;STRONG&gt;burger&lt;/STRONG&gt;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Then&lt;/STRONG&gt; the option for a combo, the system will offer the choices of&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;drink&lt;/STRONG&gt; and the choices of&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;sides.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;This could be also continued to checkout where it will pop up: would you like desert?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is one other pain point:&amp;nbsp; With the saved credit card information, a customer will get a code when they have their info on file.&amp;nbsp; Invariably once or twice a week, a customer gets the code and puts it in, but doesn't go down and click submit order.&amp;nbsp; We need something to prompt them to hit that button or tell them "&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;click submit or your order is not done"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#333300"&gt;It happens often enough that it becomes a problem when the customer shows up looking for their order.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#333300"&gt;Thank you all for all you do and have done in the past year!!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

A way to turn ON/OFF Online orders from being accepted in Restaurant Version of Square&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. A Way to change the Estimated Time Until Ready for ALL upcoming orders. NOT INDVIDULLY&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. (This last one may be a bigger issue/ request) A Way/better way to mark items unviable for sale from/on our Square Registers that run Square for Restaurants. Currently... To mark an item Unavailable, we have to mark it Unavailable on the 1 Register, so that it updates to the other registers &amp;amp; Then having to mark it Unavailable on an IOS Device running Square for restaurants as well... In order for it to mark Unavailable online. So in total, it takes upwards of 10+ minutes to update an item to be marked unavailable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Right now, you can get rid of the "staff" tab, but not the "services" tab. We are a larger salon, and it makes much more sense to pick their provider first and then the service that they want. It is too confusing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Making website pages non-clickable on the menu part. For example, I want to list all of our stylist's on different tabs, but I don't want a main landing page for all of the stylists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. A product recommendation quiz integration to the website like other website hosts do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. The ability to add a link during online booking for people to fill out forms ahead of time (this might be more on the appointment side than the online, but I thought that I should mention it).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks very much!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;we use square restaurant. When we mark something unavailable, it's unavailable on all devices instantly. Not sure why yours is not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The est. time for item, is that for online ordering? If so, there is a way to set it for all items. You set the standard default timing. And then set each item on fulfillment to "use location default"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Square Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are two things that stand out as needs in our use of the online store. &amp;nbsp;We use our online store to sell tickets for events at our store and restaurant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 &amp;nbsp;When working to add events we have never had a quick and smooth process for updating the Inventory. &amp;nbsp;Using the stock updates quickly is critical to adding more tickets or getting marketing out on time for events. &amp;nbsp;We get an error most times that we try and create or update Events. &amp;nbsp;And if we try to bypass this and fix the inventory in the Square Item library it does not get reflected in the online store item library. &amp;nbsp;Maybe there is a way to separate event type items like "service items" in the square library.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 &amp;nbsp;The Second feature is the sorting of the events in the square online store and on the customers interface. &amp;nbsp;The events come up in alphabetical order and do not sort based on the date of the event. &amp;nbsp;It may be that events need to be more separated from items and sorted by themselves.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Overall we have been having a harder time managing this online store than we ever had before Weebly became the online platform. &amp;nbsp;If it doesn't get more streamlined we will need to move to a different platform for our online ticket sales.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am sure the online system works well for actually physical item sales and digital sales but so far the event tickets have been buggy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for all you do and for all the rest of the great products.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've turned off the item description sync so i can add hyperlinks and do different fonts. but I would like to build content to sell the item on the item page. such as embed how-to-use videos, example pictures, instructions. currently my option is to build a Story page and link to the item but I'd rather it all be one page&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We'd love to see a sell by weight feature for things like produce and meat. It would essentially take a deposit from the customer and once we entered the final weight of the product, charge the card. Also, pull subscriptions away from "invoice transactions" to make them more integrated online so we could make online items easily ordered on a recurring weekly/monthly basis from the same item screen. It’s hard for me to get my staff to promote our online store if they can’t benefit from it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) SEO help on website items. I have used &amp;nbsp;Wix in the past and they have a little guidance and it helped a lot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) add a client portal to the online booking profile so stylist can add notes about products they used and links to purchase then from our website. Then the clients can go back to that anytime they need to reorder. Again- to help promote online sales&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4)when a client is booking an appt, close in days together their name will then another color (hilites) and this will help stylist prevent getting last minute cancellation do to multiple booking. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a thread that's been going for over a year that has not been addressed AT ALL.&amp;nbsp; Its the ability to force customers to choose pick up date/time on their orders&amp;nbsp; vs defaulting to soonest available.&amp;nbsp; Too many customers don't see on the last part of check out that they can select from a drop down the pick up date.&amp;nbsp; This selection needs to happen much sooner in the ordering process.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It might be as "simple" as allowing the business owner to shut off soonest available so that the order cannot be completed with the selection of a pickup date/time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Scheduling based on sales.. you know when we have sales on a given day, you even know the best sales persons .. having the good days and the good emp working together would help. Employee messaging. open shift/ replacement shift assistance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A way to set up delivery companies with a set price increase or deduction at the time of payment. to correct the actual sales and fix the sales tax. (if you sell it for 100.00, but door dash sells it for 130.00 they pay you for the 100.00 but the system see the sale as 130.00 and so does the tax man)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;auto tax reporting. you already have access to everything you need.. how about the tax goes out and you file it.. wow what a time saver&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;inventory that does purchasing, notifications, kits or combinations (recipes ).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;better assistance with Facebook interrogation, mine works, says it does't and no one can help me.. like send me to them they send me back&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My business is a photo studio, so I have addons for the bookings, but these are not visible to the customer online. I would like for customers to be able to add light and prop rental when they are booking the appointment in a more streamlined fashion. I like Donnie's suggestion above, in regards to an "if this then that" booking flow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, when using the new online booking interface, I would like to be able to break the items up into different sections or groups. For example, Studio Rentals, Extras, Crew, etc. Right now, its all one big list and there's not much configuring available, other than re-arranging the order of items. Even a line break or sub headings would be useful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
