In this post we share a summary of our top contributors’ activity in the Seller Community; new and notable Community programs we launched this year; and some great moments from 2022.

Top contributors in the Seller Community

The majority of this year’s top contributors are all Square Super Sellers. Square Super Sellers are business owners who volunteer to provide support and advice in the Community. Back to business — drum roll — our top contributors for 2022* are:

@TheRealChipA, who shared 957 replies and authored 82 best answers. Thank you!
@MJD gave the most likes (over 2,500), followed by @JUYBoutique20 (1,600), @SammyGrace2414 (1,300), and @Twiggy (1,000). We appreciate you!

New Community Programs

In 2022 the Community team worked hard to organize programs for sellers in nine countries across three continents and counting.

We hosted several online events in 2022 to give you the opportunity to share your feedback, to present feature requests, and to meet virtually with product teams at Square. Check out our most popular event in 2022: Inventory Q&A: Ask our product team anything about Square Inventory.
We built new communities to welcome Spanish and Catalan sellers to Square.
We welcomed the Weebly Community. If you use the drag-and-drop Weebly website editor, you can use this new dedicated forum to get help on website questions and more from experienced website builders and sellers.
We rolled out Seller Groups to more countries, including the UK, Ireland, Canada, and Australia. Also we launched a brand new space for Artists and Makers. Community groups are a place to get advice from other business owners in your industry.
We launched a new way to share feature requests in the Community. Currently only available in the U.S., Ideate is your one-stop shop to review current feature requests, to join a Beta Program to test new features, and to share your own requests.

Notable Community Threads

Here are just some of the many threads started in 2022, in which sellers helped each other by sharing their advice and experience running a business. 💚
