Create multiple shipping options

Hello, I currently have a square site linked to my domain name, as well as a free site that I use as an offshoot for sales. Both are connected to the same square account.

I currently have shipping + insurance on my main site, but I want to offer $5 flat rate shipping option on the free site, for a promotion I am doing. Is it possible to have both options, the customer chooses?

Hi Sarah,

You should be able to have both options, yes! I have multiple shipping options setup and let the customer choose which they want at checkout. If you go into Square Online > Fulfillment > Shipping, you can add new rates to your Shipping Profile. Here's what mine look like - you'll see I have a Flat Rate and a Rate setup based on the number of items in the order.
