I am trying to have my employee sell a physical gift card but there is no way to do that from the retail (green) app. I can sell from the “white” dashboard” side. Am I just blind?? Lol

Hello @Madhadden I'm sorry you're having trouble with gift cards. See if this helps:

To sell gift cards from the Square for Retail app:

From the Checkout tab, tap Actions.
Select Sell or Check Gift Card.
Choose to sell physical or eGift cards. If you’re selling a physical gift card, simply swipe or manually enter the card number and add the gift card balance. If you’re selling an eGift card, choose your design, select the amount, and enter the recipient’s email address > Done > Return to Sale.
You’ll see the gift card added to your cart.
Complete the transaction.
