for online ordering- can the button for accepting orders automatically turn off when shop closed

We use square for our takeaway- our menu is online and customers can order and pay then collect. Is there a way of syncing the opening hours with the 'accepting orders' button.? At the moment i have to manually turn it on and off out of opening hours to prevent people from ordering and paying for food when we are closed!

At the moment, there isn't a way for to automatically turn off Accepting Online Orders. I will definitely share this with our Product team as a feature request.

Are people ordering for pickup on days you are closed? If so, it's worth checking that the pickup hours have been set within the backend of your Square Online site. This way, customers can pre-order but they can only pickup their takeaway when you're open next.
