    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Users are seeing a blank web page once an order has been placed.&amp;nbsp; Anyone know how I can fix this? It looks like an order hasn't gone through, when it has.&amp;nbsp; It needs a "thanks, your order has been placed" message. I'm on the free plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/335372"&gt;@RachelMcCourty&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- there is normally an order confirmation page so sounds like something isn’t right there!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you share a link to your site?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, do you have a cookie banner/GDPR options active on your site?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you want to try a web equivalent of ‘turning it off &amp;amp; on again’ you could unpublished then republish the site (you’d not loose anything) following the instructions &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/gb/en/article/6940-how-do-i-un-publish-my-site" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
