Make a new type of accepted payment

We receive orders and payments from a third party, ChowNow. We want to be able to track them in our Square reports and transactions. Like "cash" and "credit card" we would like to add a payment options for chownow, instead of having to manually write in "other" type of payment. Then we can also enter the tips due to server. We thought of a discount code, but that pulls out the amount received. How would we enter these orders?
