Is there a way to look up an existing customer's phone to text and resend a digital receipt?

I have a remote customer who requested to text her receipt instead of emailing. Is there a way to look up an existing customer's phone to text and resend a digital receipt instead of typing in? If not, can an automatic digital receipt be sent through SMS/Texting instead of email?
