I've been in operations since 2011 and have no employees. I'm fortunate to have wonderful regular clients and a good rate of pay.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I've reached a plateau in my work and I'm not sure where to go next. The work itself continues to be enjoyable, and I do have space for new clients... At the same time, I'm ready for a new challenge of some sort... Not sure what exactly.
