      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm having trouble understanding how to send customer review requests to existing customers. I upgraded my Square account and have tried to send requests for customer reviews to existing customers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I see the drop-down menu that lists various times to send the automated request, but I don't know how to initiate sending the request or what it will look like (for some reason the test email is being sent to an old email for this account that has since been updated - how can I change this?).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
