It can be pretty challenging to read the numbers, as they're quite small! In the past, I've worked with some sellers who actually took a photo of the numbers using their phone, and then they were able to zoom into the photo to more easily read the numbers/letter. Would you mind giving that a try?&lt;/P&gt;
