That must be frustrating, @Tcakes.

Can I make a suggestion for your customers? Instead of sending a large print invoice, when your customer receives the invoice they can make the text on their screen bigger by clicking the View tab in their menu bar and then Zoom In. This will increase the font size.

That had works if just looking at it on their computer however if you print it for submission to your accounts payable department to be reimbursed they can't read it because it is a size 6 font.

I had an order from the YMCA and had to make my own invoice for them using Word because they couldn't submit the tinny print one for reimbursement. When I print copies of my invoices for orders that week I can't read them.

Now I understand a bit more about how you're customers are using invoices -- I hadn't understood that they're often printing out copies.

I agree. I have a lot of customers that need to print invoices to submit for payment - larger companies, universiteis etc. It would be nice if there was a one page printable option. Right now when you print, it can take up 2-3 pages, which is super not efficient.

Is there any update on being able to print invoices? I would like to start using square invoices but need to be able to print them out and give them to customers.

Yep, you can print Invoices, @ncr!

Visit Invoices in your online Square Dashboard.
Click on the desired invoice you've created.
Click More > Print, or click More > Share to share the invoice link with your customer via email, text message, or any social media channel.
