How can I enable inventory on the IPad if it's already on the laptop?

My boss has set her square up already to be on Cher laptop, I used to use it myself on my IPod and controlled inventory there so I was confused when she said it can't be done on her IPad. Is there anyway to have access to inventory adjustment for both? The IPad is always here but her laptop isn't and its harder to lug around when checking in product.

Great question! Though you cannot adjust inventory levels directly from the Register App on a mobile device, you can visit your Square Dashboard on your device and edit your inventory levels.

Simply go to squareup.com from your web browser, log in and make sure you select "view full site". From you're Square Dashboard, you will have all of the control that you have on a computer.

Unfortunately, square assumes that locations are fixed and that a PC browser is always availble for managing the inventory and account.
