Hi Pam! As long as you have set up all of your Tax settings with either Dashboard or your Register App, your taxes will automatically apply to every sale.

I'm encountering the same issues wether I add the tax or it's included, neither actually get added to the total on my invoices.

The two links you provided are not available to me. Please help, this issue has delayed an invoice for 24 hrs already.

Those links are almost a year old and seem to be broken, though I don't know why as it is the exact same link I posted.

make sure that the items you want to tax have the tax applied in the item settings. https://squareup.com/dashboard/items/library
