    <description>I am trying to figure out how to set my appointment bookings by requests only. I came across the option and swore I chose it but it is still taking the regular booking option. I would like to change it to where my clients have to request their preferred date and time and I have to approve it. I can't find the option now.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/417724"&gt;@Beauteecave&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The following steps should work.&amp;nbsp; This will give you the option to approve or deny requests.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From your Dashboard go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Appointments&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Online Booking&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The first option under &lt;STRONG&gt;Reservation Guarantee&lt;/STRONG&gt; should be the one that you are looking for, and then "business must accept or decline all appointments"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
