Change due

I'm new at square...I'm trying to get a screen that will tell me what change is due. Where do I find this? I process an order, hit pay then the screen comes up and I hit the automatic amount or custom cash and the drawer opens but never tells the change amount. How do I get it to tell me the change?

Welcome, to the forum. We have the Ipad Stand and when we do what you are saying it shows us the change due. We are using an Ipad with the Square Stand and Square for Retail.

What are you using to process your Square Transactions for Hardware and Software?

Square has different software options :

Square POS

Square for Retail (paid and Free)

Square for Restaurants.

Make sure whatever system you are using is up to date with the newest versions for your hardware and software then see if it works.
