how do you manually enter a barcode?

I hve some small barcodes that the barcode scanner wont scan. I also have some items in inventory that have tags too small for printing barcodes on, and just have a SKU # printed on them instead. How do I check out someone and manually enter a barcode SKU, or the printed number on the inventory tag?

Great question, @derekdoyle. Currently there isn't the ability to search by barcode or SKU number in the app.

One possible workaround is to include your SKU number in the item name itself, because items are searchable by name. This would allow you to search the SKU and manually add the item during checkout.

I'll also add that we're working on this functionality, but I don't have an ETA when it will be available. As always, keep an eye out and make sure to keep your app up-to-date.
