How do I set it up so she can accept client's payments through her phone, going to my account, when I am not there with my phone to do it??

In your account settings, go to the Employee section and create an entry for them. This gives them their own login to the Register app and allows you to restrict what sections of the app they can use and for you to track what charges/refunds they have done.

@NLAUtah is correct, all of your employee log in information can be accessed through your Square Dashboard. Check out this article for all you'll need to know about employee management and log ins.
