How can I add Subscriptions to my Square Online Site?

How do I set up Coffee subscriptions on my Square website? Would it aut0matically notify me of the subscriptions to ship as well as auto-bill?

Hello there @mrswingle1 👋

At this time in order to have a Subscription on your Square Online Site, you would need to first create the subscription using the Add button to the website function under Online Checkout.

The flow should be pretty simple and straight forward but if you have questions feel free to ask.

Hello..yes i can create the button on add button to website...but how do I add the section on my Square Website? I would like to add monthly, or bi-weekly subscriptions. I have two sites on my account. How do I add buttons to each with different images.

Hey there @mrswingle1

In order to add your button to your website you would need to follow the next steps:

1. Add a section to your website. (it can be any section that includes buttons or an embedded code section)

2. After selecting the section you will need to customize it to include the links to your created subscriptions.

2a. If you selected a button section you will need to edit the buttons and set them to External link and in the URL box you would paste the link to your subscription.

2b. If you selected the embedded code section then you would need to paste the code provided in the subscription link description (see image below)

3. After following the steps above you should be good to publish your site with your recent changes.
