Can waivers be uploaded for new clients to sign?

I would like to upload a waiver that new clients can sign on the mobile device when making a 1st time payment.

As for this feature, it isn't something that we offer. Having said that, it sounds like it would really streamline things for you.

I did a quick Google search for "waivers app ios," and found a number of results. You might check out Smartwaiver Kiosk. While I can't speak to the functionality/quality - it sounds like it might be worth looking into.

Is this something that is available now? I need customers to sign a waiver and would like to upload the document into the ipad pos

@chrissafi Nothing new to report on this as of right now.

This feature seems to be a popular request, and our Product Team has taken notice of this so hopefully we can get something in place that will help.

I am also interested in this - a waiver connected to new customers every year, or connected to a certain item in the POS, like "Ski pass". Please keep us updated!

Hi Square. The idea of adding the ability to sign waivers through Square on a device was suggested in this forum 18 months ago. Is there any update on this suggestion? Would love to see it added. Such a complete system in every way. This would round it off nicely!

An integrated waiver is litterally the only thing the system lacks for me to make a complete change over to Square as a complete solution.

Hi @donnahudgeon & @BayouGames - Not sure if you're using invoices, but you can set up contracts with that payment method through Square. I've attached instructions to set those up if you're interested.

I went to check on this and we do not have an update that we can share out at this time. As an additional workaround, I wanted to make sure you're aware that you can attach a file to a Square Invoice in either PDF or .jpg format. For more on how this works, have a look here: Attach your contract to a Square Invoice. I realize that this may not be exactly what you're looking for, but I hope that it's helpful for the time being.

Same -- I'd like to add a waiver customers can sign and save through Square. I'm loving the Square POS system but would really like to see a waiver feature added. The receipt option isn't enough space for our waiver which takes up a whole 8 1/2 x 11" piece of paper. Keep us posted!
