How do you handle digital files?

How are you all selling digital items on your online store through square. I'm a crafter and I'm needing instant downloads for files and instant emails of the files sent.

Hello @aroger317 and thanks for your question. Square does offer listing and selling of Digital items, but the email and delivery is not automated. You'd have to do that manually. Here is a post to explain how to set this up. I hope this helps answer your question.

Is that option going g to be available soon? With the world going into a digital era, the inability to have that feature is very disappointing.

That tutorial is out of date, I don't see the "Item Type" option, and the tutorial for custom confirmation emails is also out of date. How do we do this?

I think I was having the same confusion. I believe that tutorial is not for the main Square Overview page, but for Square Online. I'm not even sure I know how to get to Square Online.
