1 - I just bought cash drawer from your site , i thought i could hook it up to through the ipad stand , but it seems i have to hook it up through printer , i reather not use printer so is that posible?

2- when people use the debit card or credit there is option to put tip on, why is the no option to put tip on if you get check ?

Hi,

I do not know the awanser for your first question... However for your seccond one there is a option for tipping. It is most likely in your settings menu so i reccomend looking there.

To get started, could you confirm the model of cash drawer that you ordered? The APG Vasario VB554A-BL1616 is the cash drawer that can connect directly to a Square Stand through the USB hub.

For your second question, we don't currently allow for recording of tips for cash or other tender transactions (like a check).

I can certainly see how this would be useful for keeping track of all of your sales. I'll be sure to share your feedback with our product liaison team!
