How do I purchase the Square Reader for chip cards?

My Motorolo Moto E 2nd Generation is incompatible with the "contactless + chip reader", but is shown to be comptaible with what is labelled as the "chip card reader" as well as the "magstripe reader." However, when I click on the "chip card reader" it redirects me to the magstripe reader page. This is what the compatibility page looks like http://imgur.com/uw9zkgl

Does this device actually exist? And if so, how do I get one?

I had to really dig to find your emv chip reader. I don't understand why. Your company is telling us that we won't be able to use the the magstripe reader but you released the chip reader.
